Yes, but not because you're signing Bradley Johnson!! He is decent at Championship level but extremely replaceable and definitely not Premiership quality.
Simon in case you havent noticed we arent really looking for goals scorers now we have enough of them now, we want hard working feed players who can supply that killer pass, from what little ive seen of johnson he looks to fit the bill. Also i was refering to lamberts astute sense of finding these players on a budget, not that we'd signed ronaldo on the cheap, look at lamberts record of finding hidden players and bring out the best of them. There is no way lambert would have signed him if hes a lazy player, it would go against every other signing lambos made, young and hungry all the way

I'm sorry but I don't think Johnson's ever put in a "killer pass" either. He works hard, can play LM,CM or LB and is decent in the air, but that is the extent of his abilities.
The thing is, all you Leeds fans can argue till you're blue in the face, IF we sign him, the proof of the pudding will come when we see what Paul Lamberts plans are for him! Then we will happily accept your apologies for doubting our wonderful manager
