If, and its a big IF, he is on 68k a week that's good news to me. Nobody is gonna offer him anywhere near that which means he will be staying.

Aj is our top earner on £50k a week. He took a pay cut in exchange for a bit of a pay off from citeh

I think sess will be on a basic of £35k ish

Who knows what they are on. it wont be a straight X amount a week. The paper estimate those figures to sell newspapers. I would be willing to bet the accountants have clever ways of paying the players (especially the foreign ones) so they minimise their tax exposure. These guys are effectively self employed are are companies in their own right which is why they take most of their wages in image rights.

I think the 40k a week is misleading. All we really know if they are on a lot of money.

I don't mind, so long as he stays, on our side, if we want that elusive 'next level' then we need the likes of Sess in our team. My only gripe with the lad has been his fitness at the start of the season, from what I saw of him in Hong Kong that isn't an issue for this one.

I cannot see how he can be on more than 50K, though he might get add-ons for goals/assists etc

"Stephane Sessegnon is set to leave the Premier League. The former midfielder Paris SG is bound to Sunderland . And it is to the Qatar International Benin 29 years is expected to rebound."

Hardly an in depth/in the know bit of reporting. Don't see it happening off the back of that personally.

I do mate, reckon he's a gonna, can see aguafella, fernandes, mavrias, ordjen, peruzzi, aly and pirlo coming this week

It is completely illogical to sell him now

It would leave a massive hole one week before the start of the season

Sess gave an interview a week ago saying he is happy and fully bought in to the PDC regime

If we are about to let sess go, (which is all over everywhere btw) then we must have some serious **** coming together, this one looks to have 6 legs i'm afraid

Hopefully this is multiple references to one shaky story

Otherwise I am incredibly concerned

I'll put together some of it in a bit, i can understand it if the above deals are about to come off - pirlo, we wont need a player behind the front, who does? Its a luxury

@MsiDouglas
@Capt_Fishpaste In Denmark Di Canio said he was delighted with his forward line. See quotes on Friday. Suggested they need 5 for "variation"

@MsiDouglas
@Capt_Fishpaste So if they're selling Sess, it'll be with a view to someone coming in. PdC was not happy with Sess' performance on Wed...

Hang on celuska had signed apparently on me phone
