I see the goons have flogged Jeronimo to Roma a couple of hours before they demonstrate Hawkeye at the Emirates. Coincidence?

Interesting question.....why has it been so long since Spurs won a championship.
Many times they have shot themselves in the foot by trying to out football the others and many times come unstuck.Probably because we rarely play choppers!
You look at the regular winners of the senior league and their choppers reach out for you!
Not to mention the number of times bottom of the league teams have kicked us in the fanny because our teams know their so good our teams have come out of the tunnel thinking we've already won the game by turning up!

.....and the other question about winning trophies or finishing in top fours........why on earth do we keep turning up each match day? We want, and other teams fans want their favourites lift a trophy.Unfortunately several teams can buy their trophies each season (hello United. With City and Chelsea trying to do the same! and sometimes succeeding....) leaving the crumbs to the rest!
What a breath of fresh air was Wigan's win in the FA Cup.

p.s.Who would have thought that Portsmouth and Wolves could be heading for disaster?

With all of this talk about choppers and fannies,
is this some kind of freudian analysis of why spurs fall short ?

Too much fanny on the brain?

  10. Too true.

I'd much rather have fanny on my face.

To be fair, Arsenal had a very good defensive record after we beat them at the Lane last season, so someone must have been doing something right

Power, the defenders in a top non-league side must be doing something right for the record in their league, doesn't mean one of them is the "best in the world"??? The humourous aspect of Walcotts comment appears to have by-passed you.

It is such a shame to know how good he was and how unlucky. One of my favourite clips on youtube.
