No we shouldn't. There are no CBs on the market. A rejected bid from Barcelona is a massive statement as it shows we are on the same level of ambition as them and will not sell to such close rivals without a player forcing it.

I would sell him, and give what you get for him +£30M and Mata for Roo
Don't believe the red tops, Mata would command a bigger fee than Rooney, come to that so would Luiz.
