Could he not have delayed this interview until the end of August? Seeing as the only club who have made bids for him are not even in the Champions League? There's a chance that he'll screw himself over here. What happens if Arsenal don't qualify and no-one else makes a bid. I'm assuming he doesn't have the support of most lfc fans anymore?

SUAREZ BAGGAGE EXCESS..........you are only 23kg x 2 bags on long hall flight...he is checking in 32kg x 2 bags .Have to pay extra for the excess.<ok><whistle>

The only thing that concerns me is if the clause issue resolves around the bidding club being a CL club and we're playing the technicality card in that, Arsenal are yet to qualify. That would be the worst case scenario IMO; losing him for just £40m to a rival along with the embarrassment placed on the club!

No I sincerely doubt we're being that petty, if it were the case we wouldn't want to be leaving it this late anyway to get the cash+replacement when it's obvious Arsenal will qualify.

I hope we are that petty. Wenger and AFC have shown to be ruthless this summer and we shouldn't make it easier for them or Suarez.

All this yipping and bleating over a CL club - FFS, he left a CL club (Ajax)to sign for us.

He moans about loyalty and honour in one breath, citing not sigining for Juve last season when the truth was we gave him an improved contract, then he complains that he was promised a move to CL club. No one, himself included, really thinks that he was including Arsenal when he said that. Everyone understood he meant Real.

All smoke and mirrors. Nothing in his contract that is legally binding, else he'd be straight on it.

Using the English press he so hates to try and engineer his move - priceless!

Well we'll see! Said it last night, enough of his talking and get into legal proceedings, if he can prove his case he goes to Arsenal & we get 40M.

If its dismissed? We have an unhappy player that only one club has come in for and that club would have to decide to meet our price. If they do great and good luck to them in the next two years.

As for being bad morale wise or effecting the team? In what way? He's banned until October anyway so unhappy for a whole 3 months until January? Whoopedoo! Price will only have dropped a little and I actually hope it does so continental teams put bids in and we can sell him abroad. Don't care about a 5 million loss: still a profit overall.

Strikes? Even better. We don't pay him and sue HIM with an army of lawyers for a breach of a contract made very clear in his own case.

The PFA would only offer their public support in terms of a contract dispute, if they thought that the players case was valid. The wouldn't defend the indefensible.

Wrong Tobes. The PFA exists to look after the interests of its members. They therefore have a duty to support Suarez even if he is wrong.

Of course we could sell him, play against him get Johnson & Wisdom to swear blind he called them many N words, and he'll get a nice big ban.

I mean its not like people will believe him if he says he didn't. Is it?......;)

I know it's pretty trivial but why did he say in the interview "Liverpool will always be special for me: my daughter was born here." - when she clearly wasn't?

It means you don't trust anything he said was true - we only have his word that he had Rodger's word!

His price will drop like a stone if he has not played for 6 months, and clubs know he wants out and you need to sell, in the case you mentioned you would be lucky to recoup your original price for him. Hell even now after he has made it public he wants out and after one of the best seasons of his life there is still only one club in for him, 6 months out doing nothing and the price will plummet.

I'll say one thing....Suarez would test Wengers "I didn't see it" excuse on a weekly basis <ok>

"But Mr Wenger he called you a cheese eating surrender monkey to your face and then bit your nose off..."

"Ohhhh I don't knoooow...I must say I did not see thaaaat."
