A great theory, just one problem. The anagram doesn't work - there's no 'Y' in Cross It Dave for a start. And Cerny lives in Watford if memory serves me well, not France.

I've never lived in the Goldhawk Road, Raving. Originally, I named myself after The Goldhawk pub which I frequented and really liked for its laid back atmosphere. Unfortunately, as I'm sure you know, it got so laid back, it closed! Mortified! So I've changed my allegiance to the road, if that makes sense
