That's it the camels back is gone.

I'm requesting my mod rights be removed. I cannot see warnings issued for what was so clearly a silly joke! One I found funny.

John has been yellowed for no reason.

I kept quite for the sake of a united front but no more. You lot are to sensitive and I can't be arsed with this anymore.

I tried my best to keep the rules as lax as possible while people were screaming for bans because ITS A PUBLIC FORUM

Anyone else want a go? - ill recommend you as I resign. Then I'll have you committed!

Ill give it half hour for people to step forward.
 
Stick with it Pont!!! I know it's a difficult job and you get no thanks for it. I was contemplating the same things a month ago, but after a bit of reflection decided to carry on.
 
Pont, I also found the comment amusing but there were complaints so action had to be taken.
JH has been warned multiple times by myself and others, the yellow was an attempt to diffuse a situation and to calm things down.

I just want to enjoy our debut PL season without the agro of defending decisions, being "watched", seeing warnings for an obvious joke and so on...

I hope you now enjoy the forum shackle free. Personally I could foresee this kind of event happening as soon as the new rules were created. It is a mirror image of the jax board a while ago. (No wum intended) I made no secret of my objections when we more or less self regulated for years. If the current non-negotiable rules are to be accepted then they should be enforced on all posters who default.
 
Don't jack it in Pont (pardon the pun), it get's worse before it get's better. Just like Never, I too nearly decided enough is enough, but by hanging on in there our board now seems to have sorted itself out. Once the season starts, I'm sure it will all calm down, hell I can foresee posters on both boards uniting against anti Welsh comments/threads <ok>

It's not just the fighting and the "looking for a ban" rhetoric - Mrs Pont is due another baby in 6 weeks and with that too I can do without the responsibility.

I'm sure it'll sort itself out too

All 3 off you have done brilliant in difficult times, the new rules was always going to upset some but many of the one liners and spoiler posts are at last beginning to me a thing of the past and this board is starting to debate football.

Pont ,please dont go on my sake Taff saw it as a yellow so be it , you have done a great unthankfull job and earned lots of respect , this is what the jaxs want .........stay and be your self m8

Just stop bringing us into things and the board will be a lot easier for the mods. It's that simple mate.

Well that settles that.
Now, when posters such as yourself and John persist on blaming us jacks for the state on your board then we are more than entitled to a say wouldn't you agree? When you openly blame us for what this board has become (not so much lately as the mods are clamping down on that) you are inviting hostile responses from jack posters. Which in turn brings the board down. You see the pattern here? Stop with the digs, you won't get responses. Simple.
