Suarez might bite their arm off
Seriously though, if they are offered £80m to get rid of him, I cant see them turning that down.
Dont think anyone will offer that though.
80m? damn straight.no player is worth 100m, ridiculous.
Suarez has by far the superior stats. Bale has had one good season, Suarez has excelled in two leagues and scored more goals for Ajax than games he played, 49 goals 48 games I think?
23 PL goals last season even though he was banned for the last 4 games.
You know what you will get with Suarez, baggage n all, with Bale, he has yet to have two very good seasons and has had just one under his belt, he only won the pf a award because Suarez shot himself in the foot be because if he hadn't been such a tool v Chelsea with Bale being booked 5? times last season (probably matching the rest of the combined PL last season) for diving the PFA award was his hands down.
Alfonso Alves scored more goals then games, so that tells you everything about the standard of defending in Holland.
As for Bale having one good season, he's won PFA player of the year twice and has been excellent for the past three seasons, plus he started off as a left back, moved to left wing and now considered a forward, once he plays back to back seasons in his new role he will be an even greater player.

In fairness bale has had more than one good season. He is also less of a liability than Suarez despite the diving.
No it dooesn't tell you everything about the standard of defending in holland. It tells you nothing, what a silly generalised comment. A striker has to beat the keeper and has to do a lot of work to get a tally like that, of course you seem to conveniently leave out that he bagged 23 last season in just over 30 games last season too, in his first season in a team that finished 7th, which by your logic says all that needs to be said about defending in the PL
Also, Bale had one sort of decent season prior to last season 9 goals and 10 assists. He's 23\24 now is he? 1 very good season to his name and it was a very good season. No way is he worth anything like 100m
2012-13: Played 33, scored 21, assisted 4
2011-12: Played 36, scored 9, assisted 10
2010-11: Played 30, scored 7, assisted 1 u
2009-10: Played 23, scored 3, assisted 5
2008-09: Played 16, scored 0, assisted 0u
2007-08: Played 8, scored 2, assisted 0
Bale is not worth twice as much as Suarez, I agree with that. But then Bale is not 'worth' the ridiculous amounts of money being bandied around either. After all, he is moving to Real who seem to have used breaking the transfer record as a proxy for winning titles over the last decade or so. Imo Bale is worth around £60m, Suarez around £40m.
Bale is more valuable, imo, due to the lack of controversy he generates, and his ability to make the difference in the tight games. His stats over the last two years have also been as good as Suarez across the PL, FAC and EL, which is impressive for a player who is two and a half years younger and plays in a less advanced role. Less baggage plus greater potential = more valuable.
Tho' it is quite interesting to note that Barca spent £50m plus on an unproven Neymar, Bayern have spent similar on Gotze and Thiago, and Real are in for Bale at around £80m. Yet none of them have even looked at Suarez for £40m. So maybe I'm overvaluing Suarez...
By a fair waySaurez is of course a talented player yet I keep hearing "bale isn't worth x amount", Saurez is worth the same or more" yet which player is publicly angling for a move and which player has received zero interest from any of the top European clubs?
Liverpool may believe (or hope) for a club to value Suarez at the same price as Bale, yet overall Bale is not only more talented, he is more marketable, has a cleaner image off field and has more potential, so a club like Real Madrid look at the overall picture and believe Bale is worth a world record fee.

Real are a joke. In the past ten years they've spunked money like no other club in history and their return has been 4 league titles and not a single Champions League.
