Unknown if any animals were hurt at this point, although there are rumours that a phonebox took a right kicking

Adam Campbell scored twice to give the visitors a slightly fortunate victory, but the game was marred by further clownish behaviour from some of the travelling support, with a number of smoke canisters discharged. Its starting to filter
you always get the idiot element when theres cheap tickets on the go. the same thing happens for our capitol cup games.
Something really needs to be done about the Mag supporters..This is becoming far more than a one off, and I'm sure that if it had been our fans smashing up goal posts, terrorising locals, punching horses, and having mass riots after a derby defeat, the local press/media would be having a field day..
And this behaviour is why we'll always have the moral high ground on those scum bags. Lowest of the low.
It won't have been them Al, It's not fair to blame them. It wasn't their supporters who stopped their bus and smashed up a local game near Wigan, and it wasn't their supporters who started a riot and went punching horses after losing the derby a few months ago, nor did they invade the pitch at darlo or against us in the playoffs. It's not fair to blame them. What's wrong with smashing up your own city centre, and abusing and terrorising your owner and his family? They are the fanatical, faultless toon army. It can't have been their fault. Its always a minority, bullshit
oh come on, the press HAVE had a field day with us. you need to remember how much of a circus everyone makes us out to be. Whilst the circus portrayal is not far off the mark, making comments like 'if it was us' isn't accurate as you have your own share of morons and the reality is all ours are in the news and yours aren't. Making it a moot point. This isn't the 80's and trying to stereotype all Newcastle fans as the same as a select few idiots makes you come across as having some kind of axe to grind with us. Anyone would think you support our biggest rivals.... MIDDLESBROUGH
yep we ALL run around punching horses as a pre and post match ritual. I mean, i can't help myself doing between not606 posts sometimes for god's sake
Of course it's not their fault. Why would it be, it's them? But at the derby, beyond the horse punching and general misbehaviour, a Sunderland fan (condemned by all in red and white) dropped a flare and we're scum of the earth. Bunch of ****ing ****ers with double standards who bury their heads in the sand when it come to themselves. Cheeky ****s. Check out your own backyard before you checkout someone else's.
ah cumon mate theirs some hypocrisy in that statement considering what this article is about. We obviously condemn the morons, that's why we distance ourselves from them.
