A few (= a very small number) of our players, over the years, have been caught coming out of nightclubs having had the thick-end of a few too many. Several Arsenal players have had to go into rehab during their careers to clean themselves out, and a couple have even done time. The glasshouse that you are currently attempting to throw stones in is extremely fragile, PESKIE.
No football, not enough sun and too much work. Thats my excuse. I don't speak for us all. MUAHAHAHAHAHAHALOLOLOLOLOLLLOLOLOL
Man Utd, for the simple reason they're behind Barca in European football's pecking order. The equivalent would be us trying to unsettle Thomas Muller.
The only thing wrong with that plan is we have a bucket-load of attacking mids already. Lets go for Madzukciecikcz instead.
Fabregas has allegedly told friends he wants to move to Utd to join RvP. Utd have made formal bids. There will be a point at which Barcelona will consider selling if the player wants to move whatever they are saying publicly. Having signed Neymar and with Messi, Xavi, Iniesta, Pedro, Tello, Busquets, Sanchez, Mascherano and Song all still around, not to mention some younger players like J.dos Santos, Cuenca and Sergi, Fabregas might be better at a club where he is more likely to play more often.
If he wants to play alongside RVP so much, he can always ask the club to publicly unsettle RVP to join him at Barca.
Fabregas is Xavi's replacement. Xavi is 33 now. Despite playing a large number of games i can only see Fabregas playing more and in his preferred position too. I highlighted the key word there. Do you have quotes from Fabregas or is this just made up bullshit? If he is/was so desperate to play with RVP then why the **** couldn't he get out of Arsenal quick enough?
Where does he play assuming Neymar, Messi, Xavi, Iniesta and a holding midfielder (Busquets) are certainties when fit? Someone gives way for Neymar, surely. One place which is more likely to go to Pedro or Sanchez who give width.
Not to mention the fact that Thiago has left, and he was one of Fabregas's biggest rival in terms of competition for places.
433 Busquets, Fabregas, Xavi; Iniesta, Messi, Neymar Barcelona get width from the fullbacks mostly, but all of the front three will pop up wide from time to time.
It's not all doom and gloom for Arsenal fans though, at least they'll get to see him strutting his stuff at the Emirates Cup. For the other team
