So we shouldn't ever change anything because there is a degree of uncertainty? If everyone had that outlook we would still be living in caves hating people who worship a different make believe deity. Kind of like Ireland.

Swap "caves" for "caravans" and you've got it spot on

I'm highlighting instances of a man who promises much for an independent Scotland, lying.

He is leading us off a ledge and we have no idea how far the drop is while he claims its not a ledge...its a step

So that's a reason to vote no, a politician lying? Hold the ****ing presses, that's news to me.

You really are a ****tard. <doublenaytripledoh>

I think a reason to vote NO would be that the man trying to get you to vote YES is consistently lying about the subject...but then I'm a ***** who can't make points so what do I know?

It's an Independence Referendum not the Alex Salmond Truth contest ya ****ing dingbat.

There are hundreds of organisations behind the Yes Scotland campaign including trade unions, political parties, businesses and individuals.

Stop obsessing with Alex Salmond and look at the bigger picture.

FFS, you really are dense.

Your entire point is moot. You don't think the "No" Campaign aren't constantly making up ****e and passing it off as "independent studies" etc.?

Independence should be decided on what's best for Scotland, not whether you like/dislike Salmond/Cameron and their agendas.

This is the difference between pragmatism (me) & stupidity (you)

Plus Alex telt me we were going to open our borders to Croatian crumpet. You know, to erm, make up the shortage in nurses or something.

Cos Scotland has the shortest average height for women in Europe, we're getting in Croats and Slovak birds under the ruse of raising the national average height.

I've already applied for my new government funded Slavic baw polishers as is every Scotsman's right.

If you don't like the colour scheme of your living room do you paint it or move house?

I was undecided on Independence until Salmond decided to retain the Queen as head of state. Now i'm firmly against it because it's a absolute sham.

A vote for faux independence is a tactic admission that the Monarchy is somehow valid. <ok>

So you're staying with a system where the Queen is still Head of State but we're governed by a succession of Eton educated toffs only interested in helping the rich?

No it isn't, it's pragmatism.

Some people are *****s so won't vote for independence if they lose their monarchy - it would be stupid to lose a big argument over a trivial side issue.

Once we're independent, we can sort that **** out ourselves.

But, due to the Queen failing the new national fanny tightness standards (NFTS), she'll be forced to take it in the haemorroid gate when she's at Balmoral.

They don't rule anything, they're merely figureheads. While the current wave of gushing sycophancy is a bit sick making, they are not our rulers. That **** Cameron (note Scottish name) and his gang of posh boys are, because they got voted in, sort of.

Who is your head of state?

Nah, I would not trust Salmond to weed my garden never mind trust him to do away with the Queen. I'm a cynical bastard.

If you think that the man leading the call for independence needing to lie to convince people to vote YES is a moot point then I doubt your pragmatism would stretch beyond what your favourite newspaper tells you to vote

Note to self: questioning liars and their motives makes you look stupid. Return to supporting Tony Blair
