A week ago Laura Young's JIGSAW FINANCIAL produced a fine effort to win at Worcester from completely out of the blue. It wasn't the greatest of races but he did it well. He can probably defy a penalty and win the 5.20 there tomorrow. If so what chance this small yard doubling up with the one I am having a cheeky each way wager on tomorrow, PATRICKTOM BORU 33-1 5.55 Worc is a winning Irish point to pointer fairly recently. His handicap mark here looks like one that he could now take advantage of and at the price I am willing to take a chance that the trainer can produce another surprise winner.

Looked at that but don't fancy it. It's hard enough getting one winner, let alone three!! If I were to put another McCoy horse in it would be Old Pals Act 9/4.

morning all, nothing really strong but like most gamblers, like to have an 'interest' , so a lucky 15 for me involves a few horses from in form stables , with an old stager hopefully coming back to form on a track he loves, as we all know horses and trainers are creatures of habit......
Silvanus 400 Cat -- yard white hot at the moment-- the only 'fly' is that micky fenton is not on the back!

Fossa 5 10 Ling-- a 3 yo improver from the Ivory stable- hard for handicapper to nail.

Sairram -5 40 Leic-- well in on old form, loves this track- could make all...

Commissar 5 50 san- ian williams inmate who has the very able george downing to guide.

    good luck all....

lingfield you mean Gazman-- the boys in blue run two, with Barzalona on the other, not that implies anything as we know, all the top yards are represented in this maiden, one to observe and use for future reference, with many 'interesting' horses getting their education !

Mate of mine works for the best yard- and the yard have very high hopes for this horse! Works incredibly well at home and if he can put that to the course he will blast the field apart!

Good money for the Lawney Hill trained SAFE INVESTMENT 2.20 Worc. I put this one up last time and it let me down. 9's available and certainly worth a second chance.

Its won at least twice I believe and has been second three times off 90, so 88 should give it a cracking chance!

nass and I were covertly discussing this on last nights thread Woolly, we were of the mind that ROYAL TROOPER could be pulled and AP switched to SUGAR HICCUP. As it happens they pulled the other one and smashed into this. They usually land these plots!

Can you explain ROYAL TROOPER's vastly improved form Mr Best. Yes sir, we discovered he had a bit of a breathing problem so today we applied a tongue tie.

in the context of 'chasing' --which its doing today, its had 24 attempts, hit the bar a few times admittedly, but surely its playing for a place, barring mishaps ..... hope if you back it , you get the win, but there are countless of these animals plying their trade, and for win purposes it doesn't seem overly apppealing... for a place that is different--tote odds ?

Why do Worcester need 8, I say 8, races today?!? Answers on a postcard please to the usual address. This is one of those days that you only bet if you are either ‘in the know’ or 'in need of a straightjacket’. I’ll leave you to decide who fits into which category.

Meanwhile, I see that if your birthday is 22 July then you get free entry into Sandown Park this eve. Anyone qualify?!?
