Feck off, I watch videos of Cesc on youtube almost every day. He is my 3rd favorite player of all time and considering my other 2 favorites have retired or in the twilight on his career then it would be absolutely sickening for me to see him in a United kit, linking up with another player of mine who has been one of my favorites for a very long time. So if you all want to be emotionless androids that is fine by me, I don't care what any of you think. I don't tell you how you should and shouldn't think so I would appreciate if you did the same to me
Ornstein said that Arsenal interest Suarez but Suarez has other options, not that Arsenal are interested but have other options.
I really don't see Madrid bidding over £35M for him (if they even bid at all). Hopefully he doesn't end up with having a choice to make.
Here we go, I think we finally know what this mystery clause was all about. Apparently Liverpool must give us permission to talk to him if we make a bid over £40M. http://www.guardian.co.uk/football/2013/jul/23/arsenal-luis-suarez-liverpool-transfer?CMP=twt_gu Several other outlets are reporting this, not just the Guardian. **** just got real.
That's not the point I was making though. If you read my comment you would have seen that I'd said I'd be gutted to see Cesc in a Utd shirt - that's hardly the response of an 'emotionless android' is it ? Furthermore to say that you wouldn't care and therefore not get excited by us signing Suarez, Bernard and Gustavo sounds a bit like the 'emotionless android' you are accusing others of - unless it was just a bit of a tantrum after all ?
Apparently they only valued him at £25m. I'm hoping you're right and he doesn't end up with the choice of going to Real. Let's hope they blow all their cash on Bale instead
I agree that Soldado is not worth £26 million but the important thing is that he is an improvement on Giroud. If we really want to sign a striker this summer and Soldado is still hanging around if we miss out on Suarez, Higuain and Rooney then I imagine he will be next in line.
Nobody is telling you what to think. You're allowed to think and write what you want, but you have to expect and accept that there will be other opinions that differ from yours.
I wouldn't care who we sign because Cesc going to United would put me off football. It's not all about winning, it's about the love of the game and seeing Cesc in a United jersey would seriously dent my love for the game. That is how I feel, I don't see why it would bother any of you.
If you don't want people to respond to what you say, don't broadcast it. Free speech doesn't guarantee you freedom from criticism.
