I cannot fathom why the hell "you know who" would want to leave Celtic for for QPR? If he does then then I wouldnt want him anyway, it would be all about the money not ambition.
Well, I still think he is ours and will be a city player before long. Celtic aren't covering themselves in glory over this and making arses of themselves, but the signals are still there that we are his destination of choice IMO
I think they dont want to believe the fact that we are in for him. Love how they say it's either qpr or Celtic. Have they spoken to him? Many many people know his preference is prem football to improve his international chances. We agree a fee he will be ours. Simple as that!
From what I gather the following has happened We put in a bid, still too low for Celtic QPR put in a bid, met Celtics valuation Hooper wants to come to us and play premier league football So at the moment we are stuck because it can't go forward unless a fee and personal terms can be hammered out. If Hooper wanted to go to QPR it would have been done by now. Maybe it's a case of can we meet in the middle and finally get this done? I would still take him I think he'd be a very useful striker for us.
http://www.mirror.co.uk/sport/footb...2078684?utm_source=dlvr.it&utm_medium=twitter not sure if being reported in the mirror makes this more or less likely to be true?
That's pretty much how the situation is I think, QPR cant agree personal terms and everythings still in flux. Charlie Wyett said it should be sorted this week one way or the other and he's relatively accurate.
Just sounds like the Mirror trying to fill page space with stuff we already know or have a good idea is happening already. Although it does seem to reinforce the idea that he clearly isn't interested in a move to QPR
Surprised we've not had the Scottish Player linked to West Ham yet after their public "we need another striker" chat.
Why would he go west ham to play back up to AC - they play one up top and that's always going to be carrol - maybe he'd have a chance on the right - but in a world cup year wouldn't be a good move. Still confident that he'll end up in the yellow and green.
I'm gonna watch Celtic vs Cliftonville. Apparently he's going to be playing, might be interesting to see what his recent form is like. I watched him in a CL game and he was pretty average to be honest.
If he who shall not be named does sign for us I will have to actually see him in person and speak to him, otherwise I will think it is nothing but trickery, maybe like a hologram or the King of Versaille in Madagascar 3.
