Nothing arrogant about us. We just have no idea why Suarez would consider joining Arsenal. Nothing personal, I quite like your team, but he wants to leave for several reasons; to get away from the UK press, to be in the CL and to challenge for trophies. With the greatest respect, you only satisfy one of those criterion - and you rarely get far in the CL either. Never mind that selling Suarez to you would just push us further from where we want to be at the end of the season, so that would be a bizzare decision for the club to make - never mind Luis. If he goes, it'll be to Real - even if they bid less than Arsenal +/- 5mill from whatever you bid. But even that would be around 40mill minimum, I would guess the club would hold out for 50mill unless Suarez pushes through a formal request and give up his loyalty payout. Good luck with higuain, incidently, but isn't the latest that he's off to Napoli?
Yes i know what you mean, and the score was 6-0. Now why would he be playing a meaningless friendly if he had signed for Napoli? Hmm. Edit: I believe fish and chips is a popular treat on the South coast as well
Got nothing against Liverpool fans. I think our clubs have been on a similar journey over the years and I've always supported the Pool with their rivalry over Utd. But I have to say that at the moment, Liverpool are a big club who are massively underachieving and going nowhere fast. They look like they're about to lose their best player too. I'd love Suarez at Arsenal, I think he'd score bucket loads and give us a serious title push. But it would take a truly massive bid from us for Liverpool to sell and I think Suarez would choose Real if they bid. Something tells me it's not going to happen for us.
We don't want another ****ing Welsh **** at our club http://metro.co.uk/2013/07/21/laure...mpt-wenger-bid-for-ashley-williams-3892025/6/
Why would we be wasting all this time on him if he wasn't open to a move to us? And how do you know we won't challenge for trophies? Maybe with a player of his quality in our squad, he believes he can win us trophies, and get us further in the CL. Now if it is between Madrid and ourselves, there is only going to be one winner. But so far only 1 of us are bidding and Liverpool are not going to want to let this run after they panic bought Carroll last time they needed to replace their star striker.
barcastuff ‏@barcastuff 1m Barcelona president Rosell has written a letter to Man United to explain Cesc is not for sale and to ask them to not insist anymore.
The difference was that Fabregas wanted to leave us even to the point of sulking and disrespecting AFC to push forward his move
Nice one. Alas I will be shire bound for the NLD .... I hope Higuain gets a hat-trick against the spuds. Instant legend
