Really? REALLY???? Can't remember him scoring last pre-season, or the one before that. Rickie is definitely one that keeps his powder dry until its important. If any fan is seriously worried they need a slap.
Yes, mind you, every time we've ever had a " Rickie Lambert Lean Spell" thread on here he starts banging them in again, so we could do with one in the week running up to August 17th.

Anyway, today is a great day to be a saints fan. We've thrashed a team that is equivalent to about Sholing's standard. In the spirit of this great result, I'm going to be really nice to everyone on here for the rest of the day.
Hope we have some stiffer competition coming up. On a separate note anyone know how bournemouth are doing against real?
I would imagine Radio Solent are doing some sort of commentary. They're not going to pass up the chance of watching Real Madrid..!
They play tomorrow night. I've also just noticed the Cherries have had a slight badge redesign... please log in to view this image
Yep. Like last season, I'm going to follow the fortunes of AFC Bournemouth with a little bit of interest. I'm backing them to avoid relegation.
I don't owe him one. I'm not like StG in singing his praises though I've never doubted his quality either, and besides some people will never see what he brings. I know his work rate hasn't been super in some games, but he brings an ability and vision that is distinctly absent from anyone else in the squad. His main problem in the past is that the other players aren't on his wavelength. Hopefully he's more integrated this season, because we know what he's capable of when he's on song and the others are playing to his tune. He murdered Middlesboro a couple of seasons back in some super play.
You going out at 9pm then? Don't you start being nice after we've beat rag-arse rovers and are now invincible.
