We have direct quotes from Luiz stating he wants to see out his Chelsea contract and wont consider leaving, and from Mourinho saying there is no chance he is leaving.

Then some "source" that "according to reports" heard that Luiz is "thought to have been" offered to Man Utd in some swap deal that the club has already denied
