No-one has expected us to be automatic top 4 every year and that must include the players - they had faith two years ago - we can recapture top 4 next season provided we do not sell at random - how long has Modric on his contract?
 
Hang on! Is Valencia25 the same guy on 606 with the name ValenciaYid or ValenciaY? I only ask as he knows a hell of a lot about the clubs dealings. As far as i'm aware he's the only credible ITK out there.

Across the years one frustrating thing for me is that we can beat a lot of the better sides but where we lose points is to the relegation teams to often - we seem to be complacent against them - dunno why
 
Hopefully our summer spending isn't reliant on selling Keane and Bentley first, as seemed to be the case in January.

Besides, just because we aren't busy trying to unsettle other teams' players via the newspapers doesn't mean we're resting on our laurels.
 
Am I the only one who thinks Palacios will be a makeweight in a deal for Cavani, Lavezzi or Hamsik? Hopefully Cavani.
Killing two birds with one stone in getting rid of the deadwood and bringing in a class player.

In an ideal world MCM yes! Not many clubs will exchange class players for deadwood unless there's a fairly fat cash sum attached.

My first post!...

I have heard rumors about a deal involving Cavani, but then again, when was the last high profile player swap + cash?!?! All i can think of is Eto'o going to Milan, but player swaps or any deals involving players going in the opposite direction never really happen!

They set up very differently, which is why we struggled against Man City, too.

The teams in the upper reaches of the Premier League were happy to go toe to toe with us, whereas other teams stifled our play and defended deep, which we really failed to deal with this season.
We didn't rotate enough either and had no set system, with constant changes between formations.
 
Yeh its good to see the same faces as 606. Was originally on Ja606 but it seems to be breaking down all the time and i kind of got used to this site now. Take it NOT606 is the most popular?
