Fran Cotton was a rugby player..showing my age now. Mind you, he looked like a brick outhouse, so don't suppose he got teased much.
that mercenary Aguero wants out of Atletico... how about him a Lambert's new partner? surely we can beat Bayern, CHelski and Juventus in signing him... after all, we are MASSIVE!!!! 
Freddy Adu has been called up to the USA national team. Lots of weird news stories about that over here. They say part of his call up is due to his willingness to sign with a 2nd division Turkish club (Tranzispor -sp??) just to get playing time and work. That showed maturity and the US coaches are curious to see how he responds to them.
So obviously he wasn't in town (I know that was a joke) but hey if he's willing to play in the 2nd division in Turkey I'd think he'd be willing to play in the 2nd division in England. One issue of course is - is he good enough?
