I know he had it recently but hes talking about Cesc stating at the stat of summer he wanted to stay. Their quotes from that interview everywhere.

And nah, not interested in De Rossi. Very good but would need replacing in 2 years.

You never know with these italian players, could play at the top level till his mid 30s. <laugh>

Think with having to adjust to the league and his age he may take a year to settle and then hes got even less time.

How many midfielders have come from Serie A to the PL and done well? Veron didnt.

Could veron speak english when he first arrived? That must play a major part.

could have been. Would expect a player of his quality to do ok though. Tevez nd Jamie Carragher could barely speak at all and they did ok.
