We're the only ones with a bid accepted. We have the money, ready to go. Victor's personal terms are agreed, it was just the agent.

Neil Lennon said that if nothing had progressed, Victor would be involved tonight. Victor was left out, or removed from the side.

I think we can see how this is and has been heading.

Hold your horses, where did that come from? I thought the offer to Victor himself was described as derisory?

Only in a throwaway line in an unreliable paper. It's far from a common theme, it's pretty well known he's happy with the offer to himself and the agent fee is the biggest issue.

This was posted by a guy on Saintsweb, who was at the U21s game vs Sholing tonight, where Reed, MP and NC were in attendance. Obviously could be a load of rubbish but does again point to a positive outcome:

As I've just posted on the Sholing thread, was stood about 5ft away from Reed, NC and MoPo throught the game - overheard a conversation at the end between Reed, NC and a coach

NC "i'll be there, I dunno about 8"
Reed "just his passport stamped and work permit"

to which I heard Wanyama's name twice, the first as a question (I think from the spanish coach) and then Reed confirming his name.



by the sounds of it, Wanyama is on his way back, we need to get his Work Permit updated and passport stamped and he's ours. Tomorrow night or Thursday by the sounds of things

Nah, that guy is a bit of a cockwomble. He's not a million miles away with his version of events though.

'Supersonic' once threatened to take legal action after I said his tweets were idiotic. Slandered him... hmm.
