    Hooper was the only English player scoring alot of goals last season yet failed to make the England squad, he may think playing in Scotland is buggering his chances of going to Brazil, so leaving it until January will be too late for him

    On the other hand, I'd been out practically day too and just wanted to respond to ol' Lamb. I should admit that I haven't had a clue of what's been going on today, Wanyama wise. :)

    Of course I have now because I read down the thread. In summary, some black cars have appeared outside St Mary's; Celtic have corrected their teamsheet for a match this evening that excludes Wanyama, and Sky say Saints 1/6 to sign him. Have I missed out anything..?

    Udinese are: a) equal to or better than us; and b) a lot better than Greuther Furth.

    But yeah, I bet Celtic would have done better had it been a competitive fixture.
