May as well come clean now. The player I spoke about was Victor. The agent, nor Cortese, ever 'left the table' and ended talks.

You've probably guessed as much from recent days and the comments involved.
 
Wanyama's agent is still in the airport, there's been a mix up about his hire car, he wanted a Volvo, he's been given a Fiat, things are turning ugly. Scenes are taking place.
 
I'm not entirely sure the media are all that sure what is going on.

Recent reports just seem to be cobbling together a story based on the quotes of Lennon or Pochettino.

We may hear more from Lennon this Tuesday, if need be.

That's precisely how the media operates. And the faster technology moves, the faster the load of cobblers is disseminated. Don't fall into the same trap.
 
Lennon is saying that if nothing is happening he will play in a pre-serason friendly tomorrow. If he doesn't gives us a real clue!
