Had the worst run in living memory over the last 6 weeks in terms of betting. Couldn't pick my nose and lost a fair few quid (nothing life changing or existance-threatening, but annoying nevertheless). First bets since royal ascot today and decided to lump on the Stoue horse in the last at Sandown and the fecker won

Hope you got BOG on that Oddy. I think everyone goes through that phase of not being able to pick your nose and it is a case of hanging in there or deciding to take a break from it if your luck's out. It's a good feeling when you get your first decent one back.

Al Kazeem looks a strong fav for the Arc doesn't he. Draw is all important in that race though. Forget that at your peril pilgrims

He does break well though so that should hopefully get him a good position. But a high draw is always hard to overcome.

He'll not win off a high draw. Won't matter how well he breaks.

Very sad to hear of the passing of David Johnson. A great supporter of the NH game and he owned some marvellous horses over the years including Well Chief and Comply Or Die. Condolences to his family and friends, National Hunt racing has lost a very genuine and loyal supporter.

Well said odddy. The sport we love is the poorer for his passing. A very successful self made man who did what I am sure all of us would love to do, bought a string of racehorses and had a lot of fun and success along the way. A life well lived.

Spot on Oddy, very sad to hear about the passing of David Johnson, it was special seeing either AP or Timmy sitting confidently on one of his horses. Some really good horses he had the pleasure to be involve with too.
