Yes i can see him swapping the champions league for the championship, Celtic turned down £7m last year, and Hull have bid £5m already, Champions League,Premier League or Championship if you were him what would you do?
He kept his house in Scunthorpe so obviously isn't too strongly against living in the area. I highly doubt Hooper is looking to move to the Championship, unless he has no ambition at all, in which case, he might as well stay at Celtic.
Maybe he sees the new training ground, new 40k stadium and thinks we can make it to Europe, hed have more ambition joining us than Hull or Norwich.

Cant flog? you mean like the £12m we just got for Samba? Cisse has gone, that just leaves Barton and Bosingwa. Not bad for less than a week into the transfer window.
