Stretching it to say he played for the Goons. Signed and was sold before the season started if memory serves. Was obviously disgusted by what he'd done and couldn't wait to get out of there. Swapped for Sansome I think?

I know mate, but its on his record as signed for them, and he did play pre-season, not that they're recognised as we know, but he did put the kit on...<yikes> :emoticon-0119-puke:

It looks like Anelka's joining West Brom. Could be a good signing for them. Clarke will know him from Chelsea and know how to get the best out of him.
Not exactly a like for like for Lukaku, though. They might try picking someone else up as an option, especially if they can offload Odemwingie. Carlton Cole on another Bosman, maybe?

Norwich have signed Birmingham's Nathan Redmond for £3.2m, a winger who we've been linked with in the past.
Looks like Chris Hughton's giving their whole attack a real overhaul, which it needed.

You're right, Kenny Sansom came to Arsenal after Clive Allen was shipped out to Crystal Palace after never appearing for us. Sansom had a glittering career for Arsenal and for England, but clearly a bad egg, Clive Allen's had a chip on his shoulder about Arsenal ever since . . .
