I love Baked Tatties. My favourite kind of tattie. Baked tattie with tuna mayonnaise or chilli and cheese is majestic. What's everyone else's favourite form of tattie? The Oirish can join in too if they like.
I like to massage olive oil and salt into mine. And my jacket potatoes.. gets the skin nice and crispy. served with lashings of butter and salt then some grated cheddar.
We are talking baked not roast. Agreed though goose fat roasters are the best.. That said duck fat are equally as good.
