Can anyone who has Troy Deeneys photographs identify if the Observer is correct, missing a name or saying someone is there when they are not?

Matej Vydra, Manuel Almunia and Britt Assombalonga are the people I am interested in and the triallist goalkeeper.

Not counting scholars, a squad of 25 plus 2 triallists with 4 'who knows what is happening to thems'. Do we have room for/need anymore?

I seem to remember reading that Hall & Almunia were looking elsewhere - can't remember where I read it though..

Almunia apparently had interest from Spain - possily Espanyol. Some seem to think he'll go while others believe he'll stay as his family are settled in the area, and he wouldn't want to be 2nd choice at the end of his career

    Heard nothing over Hall

Zola might send some back he doesn't like, but looks like the core of the team from last year will still be about. I think with Hoban and Nos injured, and Hall maybe going, CB should be just about ok. If Faraoni does sign, can see him and Anya fighting for the RWB spot and Cassetti being a permanent fixture at CB, along with Angella, Doyley and Ekstrand all fighting for places. Is Reece Brown a CB also? I think Romero looks likely to be a LWB and fighting it out with Pudil in that role.

I think the suqad is looking just about complete now!

Ak - Britt is out there too. Shame Thompson not being out there - was hoping he'd come through!

    I think a good squad has 2 players for every position. 22 outfield, plus 3 keepers to make a squad of 23. Assuming we play a 3-5-2 with wing-backs again;

GK - 1 trialist & Bond. If trialist signs then think the 3rd can be cover from the youth - or an emergency brought in if needed

CB we have 6 for 3 places... although 2 are currently injured and heard they both might be out a good few months into the new season. Do we need to bring in maybe a loanee to cover up to Christmas?

WB (2 spots) - we seem to have 4, plus Romero if intended to play there, and also Doyley/Cassetti can cover. I would suggest Faraoni might be first choice on the right

CM - 2 defensive, 1 attacking? 6 players in but may suggest we could do with one who is a bit more defensive, WOuld love Chalobah back, but someone like him to come in. Smith may go out on loan.

Attack we seem fine now. Would love Vydra back, but would suggets it is unlikely. Let's hope one of Acuna or Fabbrini can take his place.

Could Anya play the Chalobah role? He was influential towards the end of last season it has to be said. He has good skill and a good pass.

Anya is all about pace. I think he needs to be wing-back/wing if we play him

I wonder if Cassetti could play the holding midfielder role. Calm on the ball, good tackler, good passer....

I honestly felt the only way we would get players like Faraoni and Fabrinni would be if we had been promoted and were in the Prem. I saw them as being too good for the Championship, so you can probably guess at how I feel about us now having these two on board.

    Need an experienced keeper now.

Does seem strange why they haven't confirmed who the keeper on trial is. I think the obvious guess would be Pawloski, another from Udinese... but if so, why the secrecy. He's only 20, so would prefer a bit more experience, along with Bond

Schwarzer & Turnball are both out of contract

There is a picture on the Facebook page of Alman Abdi showing him, CB, FF and JE entitled We Are Back. Don't know how to bring it to this site.
