i'd like to see some loan returns for next season. O'Hara back in place of Jenas, Walker back in place of Hutton, and what ever happened to Bostock?

O'Hara isn't good enough to be in our first team. Bench at best. Walker would be good to get back, he's really developed this season, he'd be a starter, or fighting with Corluka for a place. Bostock, drifted intot he wilderness. the most successful of our younglings that remained at spurs, is Danny Rose, I'd like to see him given a Europa League, and a League Cup run

I think O'Hara is pretty decent, hustles, good free kicks, If Jenas goes then O'Hara would be a good replacement (on the bench) plus a good Europa Cup choice. Shame about Bostock but he is still young maybe he can get it together.

Don't think Bostock is one to look for he was returned by brentford early because of his "Poor attitude"

Doesn't this highlight a problem with farming these kids out? Would they (and the club) be better served by nurturing them closer to home? Bring back the reserves maybe? I just think that this sink or swim approach could be backfiring in many ways, not all are going to be mature enough and have the character, at that age, some will need a bit more support.

This is a good point. I was listening to talksport this morning and they were talking about how Messi was nurtured by Barca from a very early age. According to them SAF has said that the Premiership managers get only 90mins a week to work with the young players and that he wanted to have more time to nurture and bring them on. I also think that when you get picked up by a big club you perhaps look forward to being part of the whole system and then you get farmed out to a lower division team. There must be some sense of rejection. I am not sure abandoning the reserve team was the best idea.

I'd rather have O'Hara coming off the bench as an impact sub than Jenas - mainly because it's hard to be an impact sub if all your passes are backwards or sideways.

Walker's taking Hutton's place in the squad anyway - with the question being whose place Hutton will take, at which team - whilst I think Andros Townsend should replace Bentley as Lennon's understudy. I'd like to see GDS getting a run in the Europa League, if he stays that is.

O'Hara wants 1st team football and would rather play for Wolves every week than being sub for Spurs so let him go.

Walker over Hutton <OK>

GDS and Bostock don't seem to be rated by Harry.

Bentley actually started well in the Birmingham team, until both he and Zigic got injured.
He seemed to get frozen out after that, which may have been an attempt by McLeish to try to persuade the out-of-contract Larsson that his future still lay there.

If we can't get a significant bid for Bentley in the summer, then we should keep him in the squad and use him as back-up/competition for Lennon and play him in the Europa League and domestic cups.
Redknapp seemed to want rid of him because of his soaking, rather than anything to do with his attitude or ability.

Bostock was on the bench for the Liverpool game, read into that what you will, but not forgotten completely by Harry.

On Bentley, everyone likes a joker but I can see him just being a constant distraction, messing about all the time, I think Harry just see's him as a pain in the hole!

Mark Hughes wanted Bentley at Man City, and I read he might want to bring him to Fulham. It's just, at Fulham, we can't trick them into paying hugely over the odds for him...

There's a rumour that Hughes is being lined up to take the Villa job, though.
With Downing and Young looking for the exits, they might need a new winger next season...

The only worry with selling Bentley would be the lack of cover on the right-wing, especially with no reserve team and Andros Townsend out on loan
