There seems to be a disproportionate number of Northern Irish MPs on the list backing this motion. Why would that be? :bandit:

P.S. What's the difference between Neil Lennon and Walter Smith?

Lennon moans but Walt Disney. <cracker>

Can't see why he'd be knighted when the most successful manager wasn't.

I would imagine they are rangers fans.

there seems to be a total lack of scottish MPs, wonder why that would be?

hey its MPs we're talking about.

celtic minded labour party ones at that.

would they not be better feeling tarnished by association to a party that gave us the gulf war and a level of debt my grankids will be struggling to pay off?

wouldnt know shame if walked up and hooked them.

Did the club really have scarce resources? How much money has he spent since 2007? Around the £35 million mark? He's probably spent as much money as Celtic have in the same amount of time.

    Sir Walter?

    My arse.

    Ooh.

How does that make me bitter? He's won plenty of things in the SPL granted but all this tripe about how he's had no funds to do it is beyond a joke. He hasn't done enough to merit a knighthood. Fergie didn't get his until he won the Champions League.

Was it not an SNP MSP who got sent a bomb for wearing a Celtic top?

Maybe all the MSPs are pro-Celtic and anti-Rangers?
