It all frightens the crap out of me but I shall enjoy the ride and see what falls out at the end.....I've waited too long not to enjoy it. The thing is, though, back in the day when we were often fighting it out at the top of the second division, the gap did not seem so big then as now.
The excitement really has kicked in now. On the transfer front, i am really happy, as i see it, no news is good news, and the rumours about are just paper talk, i admire the management at our club, as everything is kept behind closed doors until the deal is done. Stick that one where the sun dont shine Carl.
What allocation will Man City be getting for your first home game? Looking forward to it,expect it to be rocking Hope for a better outcome than the last time I was in Cardiff and Nathan Blake knocked us out of the cup Got a bit nasty afterwards, hope that's been eradicated these days
I've read that Premier League rules state that away fans should be given 3,000 seats, or 10% of the capacity where capacity is below 30,000. so 2,750. You'll have a great welcome from Cardiff, the club pride themselves with their welcoming staff. http://www.cardiffcityfc.co.uk/tickets/stadium_visitors/
Must have missed Debbie in her enjoy the match jacket Perhaps my view was skewed by the hoardes of Neanderthal tosspots intent on starting a England v Wales war
Paulpowersleftfoot! Times have changed fella unless you fancy a spell inside. The club has transformed into a family orientated club nowadays and the new stadium is designed to prevent confrontation. Enjoy your day out if you are coming down for the football. Just for you:
it takes a certain type of person usually to get involved in scuffles dill. i hope you dont get any trouble coming down here, in my view anyone who comes to cause trouble at a football match isnt a fan, just a thug that happens to be from this area.
Well just tried to book a hotel in Islington for the Arsenal match on new years day, the prices are a bit tasty, but its worth it, hope they dont re arrange it !!!
Ronny - would advise you to hold back on booking any accomodation until Sky have released their revised fixture list! A lot of matches get moved so they can be televised!
For ALL away fans. Cardiff City show Premier League teams how they can make visiting supporters feel at home. http://www.telegraph.co.uk/sport/fo...an-make-visiting-supporters-feel-at-home.html
I expect we'll be told next that the Telegraph is actually run by BBC Wales, WOL media, and the Welsh Assembley all based in Cardiff. It holds an unfair bias toward Cardiff City in the Principality and doesn't actually print facts, only propaganda.
Congratulated you lot on this a while ago when you were on the verge of promotion. We have all had our problems with the 'mindless minority' in the past but I will reiterate what I said then. Am impressed with the lengths Cardiff have gone to and the plaudits they are now receiving only go to underline the good work they have done. Well done guys!
Sorry, missed the question. I think we will keep Bale for another year (and probably only one more). We expect some spending even if he stays, if he does go we would demand significant improvement. Regardless, we need reinforcements in our strikers and on the wings, now Bale fancies himself as a no 9/10.
It would be better for all concerned if Bale was to state his intentions. It has to be a bit of a dilemma for AVB as far as possible targets to strengthen for the coming season with this hanging over club. Could delay future signings.
Amen to that. He is a loyal person (up to a point obviously) and has never given us the grief Modric did (and still does ). So hopefully, even if he is told to stay, he'll still give his best.
