Class player, would surely play well in our system (as he did with Pochettino before) but man, he's a huge arsehole and I'd imagine being at a little team like Southampton would give him even more of a superiority complex.

Oh yeah, he's always been an arsehole. That said, if he's really that disruptive I'm sure Pochettino would know... so yeah, I may have to bow to his superior judgement.
