A very good Morning to ya. FFS, could someone just what I need to do to get the return button working on Not606. It works as a function key i.e. to click on or off something, but not to start a new paragraph. There is not a great deal to talk about this morning as all angles have already been covered. League matches against Leicester and Sheffield Wednesday have been moved, as they have been chosen for live Sky games. Today we should hear from the club (or McDermott) as to kitty money available for transfers. I wonder whether this will just get brushed under the carpet as it did under Bates regime or whether they'll be honest with us??? I was reading yesterday that Matt Mills is on 25k a WEEK. That's 100k a month.... How the hell do Bolton balance their books?

Morning Elland. Im off to a protest today at our government buildings against monster wind turbines planned for my area. Probably won't catch up with all the exciting news at Leeds till this evening. You might considering getting a new keyboard Elland or maybe well all chip in and buy you one

Morning guys. I think there will be a bit of silence until next week as there will be nothing to talk about until a deal crosses the line. Best outcome from the meeting is that BMD gets the go ahead to grab all 7 players. Harvey then goes out and trys to get the deals done and as each is done they make an anouncement on the OS. If by next Thursday we see no news, we can assume that BMD got fook all cash for any of the 7. If that turns out to be the case, then no ammount of ticket price reductions will get bums on seats this coming season. Its about time anyone involved in owning our club is made aware that 10-years of garbage is enough and we need to see a change, otherwise the fans will carry on walking <grr>

Morning Elland. Re the return key have you tried re setting you keyboard language to the UK again. OR as Eire says get a new keyboard. If you lived local I could have given you one of the spares I have around.

WE are all hoping for some good news from ER over the next few weeks as we approach the KO. I still live in the hope that's its our year this year and that the new owners have promotion and the big payoff in mind so lets keep positive.

Pity about the turbines Eire...Its too much backhanded finance that's the cause of the rush to wind !! It will not make a jot of difference other than the huge cost to the public by way of prices and nuisance.
We could send all the promoter's of the scheme into the fields to do the following we its not windy enough.

    Morning All,

I guess I'm a bit more impatient & intolerant than the rest of you. My view re. the meeting the other night is that it was well publicised what the agenda was, so it's a no-brainer for the club to allow it to be known that there was a satisfying outcome. It would be in everyone's best interests to announce that BM had the go-ahead.

    So what has happened? NOTHING!!!!

I've gone from optimist to pessimist in one fell swoop and am very concerned that we're going back over well trodden ground again. <steam>

Suprised no-one has picked up on the fact that David Haigh is in Bhutan, Nooradin is in Bahrain, and Patel has gone AWOL.
So who did he have this meeting with?

    Morning

Wendies game brought forward. Going to be a mad rush for me to get from the airport to that game now<grr>

Re the keyboard. Is it just on not 606 that this happens? What if you type it in a word document and copy and paste it in - does that work?

Some of the finest brains (and Bucks) on the Leeds Not 606 board are trying desperately to sort this :)

    Morning all

Like I said I'll judge GFH and McD on September 1 when the window closes.

Elland just get a new keyboard mate they're only £10.

Hopefully I can get to a game this season before the Bambino comes and I'm stuck changing Nappies.

Its not the keyboard. It works fine on an email or word doc. Just not on Not606.

Its almost as if my boss doesn't like me going on Not606 during work days <yikes>

Could they have done something to my machine?

Ahh, right. I'm not 100% sure of this but I believe this site uses javascript. If so, occasionally on some older machines the temporary files, updates etc. can cause a corruption in how the machine responds to this. So the enter key may have been disabled.

Can you fill out forms/surveys where you press ENTER to skip to the next box? If not, that's the likely scenario. In which case you can download a javascript fix patch. If it's worth the trouble. Although it worked OK in your last comment!
