farm traffic not meant to use motorways here as well but they do! ,that said some of the modern tractors go faster than twerp noggys in volvos and mercs, I even managed to overtake a Volvo s70(s60 dont know my cars that well) with my ATV! Yes you can use ATV`s on roads here .

It's when they can be overtaken by a pushbike that you should start getting annoyed!

Which reminds me - cyclists who ride two or three abreast on the road and refuse to make way for cars - cyclists who ignore traffic lights/stop signs etc - cyclists who weave in and out in front of you in heavy traffic....... <grr>

L*t*n fans - vile homophobic, racist thugs
    Leeds fans - ditto
People who write "could of" and "would of" instead of "could have" & "would have" - lazy and ignorant, if they can't get that right then why should I believe anything they write
    Hip-hop & rap - it's talking not singing
People who refer to any footie fans older than themselves, not singing or dancing about constantly during a game, as "coffin dodgers" - you know who you are.........

Some rugby fans - they can be as sexist, racist and homphobic as they like and defend absolute thuggery on the pitch by saying "well we're better than footballers and their fans".
People who say or write "me and x" instead of "x and I"
Fans of Scottish premier league teams who get upset and start throwing jingoistic bile around when supporters of English teams have the temerity to suggest that one of their players might not cut it in the Premiership or championship.
The legend of the Anfield bootroom
The myth of friendly happy go lucky cheeky chappy scousers

People who are seemingly ashamed of everything English
London accent and adverts which deliberately cockney-ise (Ray Winstone biggest culprit)
    Health & Safety
    Call centres
The claim culture and the industry that's built up around it
    Sky
Fans who slag off and abuse on twitter who then claim its only banter but get wound up when anyone starts with any 'banter' against their own club

[*]People who take items off the shelves in a shop but put it back somewhere else

Oh dear that's my wife, unless I am there to tidy up after her, which is not often fortunately...

Now you've got me going. We have to use those organiser diary things at work. Now they have linked the telephone system to it. Instead of picking up a hand set from a phone plugged into the wall and dialling a number we have headsets that are connected to the computer. This means that if someone phones when I am doing something away from the computer, I have to use one hand to grab the headset and put it on my head, another had to grab the mouse, two other hands to press cntr , alt, del to get the phone out of sleep mode. I then have to find the window to click for the phone system.

I forgot, I also have to type in a password before I gat to answering the phone, but I use the same hands for cntr , alt, del to do that.

Interestingly, since this system has been introduced internal calls have more or less ceased. People walk to the office of the person they want to speak to.

Who is then the cause of those accidents - the person driving at a reasonable speed or the jerk who has to break because of his speed ? It's a well documented fact that a persons reaction time in case of emergency is shortened when speeding - also that the chances of fatalities (Not accidents) rises according to speed on the roads. Why the hell should a carefull driver who is going at 10 or 15 mph less than the limit feel pressurized by those around him - they are the problem not him !

An accident doing 30kmh is, however , not likely to lead to anyone's death. Statistically there are more accidents in February but the percentage of those which result in death or disabilitating injury is highest in August, thereby proving - speed kills.

one of the most dangerous things on the road is a slow driver causing impatient people to take risks and cause accidents , humans by nature are impatient creatures these days , therefore you could argue that the root cause of accident is the slow driver . Have you heard of the phrase never had an accident but caused many?
Even the traffic cops here admit the limits are ludricous (a little slower than in germany) I know as the copper I was talking too handed me a ticket for doing 58kmh in a 50 zone near no houses on a country road in good weather! incidentally fought the fine in court and won .

PS Cologne as a biker I think all cars should be banned because they cause the most death on the roads statistically , however that will never happen however tis worth thinking about when quoting accident rates below and above 30kmh dont you think?

    To add a few more...
    - Doctors surgeries. Surely one of the most unhealthiest places on earth
    - Politicians
    - The modern world culture of blame. Take some responsibility for your actions
    - crap hack journo's
    - All of the thousands of "charities" that have grown up on the back of the blame culture. Where do they get their money from to fund their sparkling web sites and their campaign directors salaries?

I'm a country lad - was born within the sound of cow bells.

Not sure what that makes me - although cow cocky has a certain ring to it.:)
