Just a heads up guys and girls, some Saints 'fan' online is peddling a rumour that Gastón RamÃrez has handed in a transfer request. It is not true.
It will be one quiet afternoon, and we will announce a signing not one of us on here has mentioned or heard a rumour about.
Didn't you say we had already signed someone and an announcement was going to be made Monday..... which then became Thursday?
I literally just asked if the rumour is true if the guy is a free transfer, but no response yet.

In unrelated news, the Fierro deal is nearing its conclusion as Chivas have wrapped up a deal for his natural replacement, Aldo de Nigris from Monterrey. Fierro should be flying to London about now, and is said to be keen to visit Leicester Square and sample the native fried chicken.

About as believable as the rumour I heard that we had signed Lens outside of the transfer window ages ago, he was signed as 'catering manager' and training secretly, in disguise with a pseudonym.
Ah this thread reminds of the old 606 days with "Rocket swanie" predicting momentous deals which never came off!
