Indeed. The "SPL's best player" yet whilst other ex-Rangers who left at the same time like Whittaker, Naismith, Davis etc managed to find Premier League teams, Aluko ended up in the championship. Hmmm.

This all reminds me a little of this time last year when Soton fans tried to convince us Jos Hooiveld was a good defender. <laugh>

To be perfectly honest If Hull bid enough, I wouldn't be at all surprised to see Hooper go. He clearly wants a move to the EPL and if Hull's the only option...He could be like Steven Fletcher and play a season a time at clubs who get relegated, then move on to the next <laugh>

Obviously I'd prefer him to stay here but I actually think somewhere like Villa might be a good fit for him. Struggled last season but have the foundations of a decent side. And Benteke won't stick around forever.

Like most players that leave the OF for England he'll have one half decent season then lose form, get dropped then end up at a Championship team.

He's a mug to leave Celtic.

I would not even waste my time on the Hull board, i'm betting it's like the Soton board was last season, full of delusions of grandeur types <ok>

Yes i'm scared out of my wits that a paid employee of my club - who is out of contract in a year - will take a wage rise to move to a diddy club and then get out of Dodge (or Hull in this case) as soon as that particular club get their customary relegation.

    Petrified so I am.

The only decent thing about Hull is the Housemartins. Oh and the road leading out of it.

While en route to Wembley in August, I shall get young Pudrick to accompany me down and I shall drop him off in Hull.

Whilst there he will not physically assault you nor will he verbally abuse you, no.

What he will do is eat everything in sight, leaving the hick inbred village that is Hull even more barron than it already is.

    You'll be sorry my friend.
