What will be will be. No point stressing about what may or may not happen.

I saw his daughters twitter too. she seems determined that he will stay.
His agent however has posted saying how jenkins is a liar.

This could get awkward!

Bayram has been rammed - and he doesn't like it. Time for Laudrup to sort himself out. Does he side with a spiv or do his job as he is paid to do. Roll your sleeves up Sir Mike - or ship out <ok>

His Daughter seems quite positive on her twitter doesn't she, she also seems to enjoy life here (when she visits)

Her words were "Lets just make this clear He made a promise and will therefore stay! the entire family have a big heart for Swansea and the fans@benice "

Im not aware of Laudrup promising to stay, maybe its something he told his daughter over the breakfast table ??

Between his daughter's tweet and Laudrup giving the board a new transfer list, I will be surprised if he does leave.

Michael Laudrup will remain as Swansea City manager – despite the Liberty Stadium outfit cutting all ties with the Dane’s agent Bayram Tutumlu.

Both Laudrup and Tutumlu last night insisted that the move will not affect the manager’s future at the Premier League side.

“It is their mutual problem. It does not affect my relationship with Bayram,” said Laudrup.

“And it does not alter my decision to stay in Swansea.

“The only thing I’m interested in is having the best players in the club’s financial leeway available in the next season.”

The Welsh club claim Tutumlu has been trying to dictate their transfer policy, in a row which has marred Swansea’s summer so far.

Swansea have worked closely with Laudrup’s representative during his successful 12-month tenure.

Yet club chairman Huw Jenkins has told Tutumlu, who has worked in partnership with Laudrup for 20 years, he will no longer deal with him over any future transactions in the transfer market.

But, despite the breakdown in relations between the two parties in recent weeks, Tutumlu also insisted the latest development will not affect Laudrup’s role at Swansea next season.

Speaking from Spain last night, Tutumlu said: “Michael Laudrup is the coach of Swansea City and he will stay as the coach of Swansea City.

“He thinks only about Swansea. He has said many times before that he will stay at Swansea.

“I’ve not spoken to Michael, but I’m very disappointed about the situation. I did a lot of good work for Swansea and I helped to bring players like Chico Flores, Michu, Pablo Hernandez and Jonathan de Guzman to the club.”

He said he feared that if the Swans were interested in cheap, Championship players that was simply not good enough for Laudrup.

“Huw forgets everything I have done for the club. I’m afraid and worried of what will happen in the future,” Tutumlu added.

Prior to the latest twist in the saga, Laudrup’s future had appeared to be under threat because of a dispute over the club’s transfer policy.

Despite the disruption caused, Swansea have attempted to maintain focus on transfer plans, something they were pushing on with last night.

And it was always clear the club would refuse to change tack on their financial strategy when it comes to recruitment.

That ploy was brought into question when Laudrup’s disappointment was first made known against the backdrop of Swansea’s refusal to press ahead with a bid for St Etienne striker Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang – a player understood to be well out of budget in terms of fees and wages.

It prompted questions over the funds available to Laudrup for the agreed squad strengthening needed ahead of a third Premier League campaign at the Liberty Stadium.

However, chairman Jenkins countered that claim with comments made after the announcement of Jose Canas’ pre-contract signing, stating that there were “substantial” funds ready for the manager’s use.

Yep Bayram, you helped bring players to Swansea in your role as an AGENT for which you were well paid. You are not our manager, you do not dictate our transfer policy to our Chairman, so FU.CK OFF back to being an agent, there's a good lad. <ok>

Michael, get off your ar.se and start managing <ok>

Michael is on his holly bobs, he like most other managers give everything to the chairman and board to sort out,he doesn't deal in the negotiations he ust gives a list of preferred players,in principle nearly all of them would be intrested in a move to us under laudrup but in practise the money side of things come into play. This is where Baram has obviously over stepped the mark, probably promising things that wernt in his remit, like millions of pounds in signing on fees etc ,etc .

I will also say that while his agent sounds like a complete cock I do believe he was acting in our/laudrups best intrests, the two things dove tail together so there was a common goal of wanting the best for the swans, he probably thought huw Jenkins was a bit half soaked(cant blame him there in fairness) and slow on the up take so decided to take the inititive in dealings which then led to a massive bust up, maybe this agent thought he could railroad our small group of local business men into thinking bigger than smalltime ??

This whole business has damaged the reputation of our club, and everyone involved needs to take responsibility, im not pinning everything on Laudrups agent here, the club are at fault big time, nobody has of yet asked the question

" why were the club even letting this guy get involved in our business in the first place?,he is laudrups agent nothing else! "

was he given the ok to pursue and negotiate our transfers? apart from the obvious conflict of interests somebody must have given him the green light to "help the club" ?
Seems to me there have been a few lazy people on the board that thought they could just kick back and let the agent do the hard graft for them but then freaked out when the monies involved started getting too high, this is just my take on things by the way

Laudrup needs to take blame also, he is far too aloof sometimes, I respect his honesty and his need to not spin stories but sometimes leadership is needed from all parties, its a total cluster **** down at the swans ...we are premier league on the pitch but L1 off it, I see it,alot of fans see it and maybe Laudrup sand his agent see it too now .

I had an E-mail this morning (your afternoon) from one of my mates involved with the coaching staff and he assures me that laudrup will be staying for at least one more season. He is extremely disappointed he has not got the funds that was discussed when he extended his contract because even then the board knew some of his targets. His agent is only doing his job in the best interest of laudrup and if the club has gone back on their word then his agent has every right to speak out.....The board has been given laudrups new targets and even though its doubtful we will get all of them we are in with a chance of some if we act quick and in unison.....should it come that huw interferes again and puts any sort of blockage on getting players then laudrup will have no option than to walk away and let us get on with it.....I cant myself blame him then if that happens and whoever becomes the next manager will undoubtedly face the same problems.....Huw and the board need to wise up if they want us to remain in the premiership for the foreseeable future.........right off to dinner....

I find the whole fiasco embarrassing as a swansea fan! Couldn't this crap be sorted out like true professionals. At a meeting and come with a deal that suits all parties. FFS it's like knobs who use Facebook to argue and bitch about people!

Dai I don't think it's a case of the board going against its word, rather there was demands that broke or transfer & wage structure. We can't play the little club card anymore 3 seasons in the player agents won't be doing their job if they don't get the best deal they can for the players. Therefore players will choose other clubs with bigger wage offers. E.g. Aspas.

Its not just us

“….Another player who is advised by Bayram Tutumlu, Fiorentina defender Tomas Ujfalusi signed for Atlético Madrid, although he already had an agreement with Sevilla. Before the Champions League game in the beginning of March, Del Nido (Savilla's president) and Tutumlu were caught by television camera's holding an agitated conversation. Tutumlu is no longer welcome in Sevilla “

Even though the story is from 2008 it just reinforces the perception of the man ,he's a shark, it's as if he's Mr Laudrups' alter ego.
