Premier League Fixtures Thread 19-6-13

With the fixtures just a week away i thought i would ask you guys to have a guess which team we play first?

Could only fit 15 teams on so couldn't add Swansea City, Tottenham, West Ham and West Brom. So if you think it will be one of those teams then state below and i will keep a record of it.

 

Someone who finished mid-table last season, at the KC.

 

Hope it's Liverpool or Manchester united, just to piss off my mates.

 

Sunderland @ home first game. Fingers crossed.

Followed by away games @ Norwich City and Swansea would be my choice. Get 2 nasty away days(distance wise) out of the way during summer.

 

Why bother with a poll when you don't have Tottenham, Swansea, West Brom or West Ham on it?

 

Don't care as long as we're at home first game. I can't make the second.

 

If Nick Thompson has got his request granted with the PL then we shall be at home first off.

First game at home against a team we are capable of beating - got a feeling though the "computer" will give us Man Utd, due to the Bruce link, though Sunderland would also be a old manager coming back to haunt the mackems

 

Whys that? Something to do with the pitch?

Nope. Spring Bank Road is being closed for 2 weeks from monday 19th august. It will cause chaos during that period. Thankfully the HCC are doing the work during the school holidays. The overhead railway bridge is being replaced.

NB. All of You have been warned IF anyone uses that road. Should re-open on 1st september if the work is finished on time.
