Fener were supposed to be expelled from European competition last season.
Then UEFA started jabbering about co-efficients, which implied one Turkish team would be shuffled up from the EL qualifiers and another into the EL to compendate.
Then UEFA pussed out on that, allowing Fener into the CL qualifying round.
Having failed to qualify for the CL, they qualified for the Europa League, even though they were supposed to be banned from Europe.
UEFA are all bark and no bite, on every single policy, be it racism, FFP or sponsors etc. I'm amazed people still take their threats seriously.
Watch it. They'll be after you, next. They won't actually do anything though, obviously.

Don't understand why people get so angry over people posting 'spoilers'. They're not spoilers, they've already been on TV, its your fault for not organising your time properly, and watching it. Besides, you should have read the books.
People start moaning at me for revealing plot twists in episodes that are already out, I like to tell them who dies and how later on in the books. **** you, you illiterate ****.
Well I have, and I'm far from literate. It was a bit tongue in cheek, and the people I deal with usually are illiterate. Too many bloody vowels in Aberystwyth.
On top of that, it's all in the books - in the case of everything that happened in season three, a book that was released in 2000.
I know people who get arsey with me when they start reading The Walking Dead after watching the show and I spoil the entire first story arc...until I point out the first five episodes of the first season was pretty much the first story arc in the comics (with a couple of exceptions - some characters who are in the comics aren't in the show, some who are in the show aren't in the comics...and Shane attempts to kill Rick only to be killed by Carl shooting him through the neck)
Can't believe he is only 30 - I never realised how young he was when he was with us, probably due to his size.
It's a huge shame his career went tits up as I did actually quite like him, he only has himself to blame though. Still, 20 goals in 63 appearances for us is far less embarrassing than it could be, and indeed has been for many of our former strikers.

Lol. I read once that the manager (Jol?) had actually given him a target weight to get down to over the summer or get fined. The day before preseason started he wasn't _quite_ there so he whipped off all his hair to try and shave (lol) off a bit more weight and hence came back with the shaven head. Anyone know if that was true?
