Mercedes has had to open Hamilton gearbox to change the reverse. There is no penalty as permitted by the rules

It's badly worded. It's referring to Vettel, who is the "Montreal polesitter and points leader"

Prediction for the race? Vettel says hes quick, Alonso fancies his chances and Hamilton always goes well here, well in a McLaren

 

I thought breaking the seal on the gearbox triggered an automatic grid penalty?

 

There are certain things you can get away with doing but I would have thought changing an entire cog would be to much.

Unsurprisingly, I'd love a Lewis win but I'm not so confident.
I have high hopes for Sutil.
I hope Bottas and JEV can get some points.
Also hopeful for Hulk, Pérez and even Maldo.
