Roma owner to buy Swansea?

This is probably stupid rumours. But a few people i know have said that the Rome owner would like to buy a club in the EPL and he thinks Swansea are the biiggest suitors as we are a decent EPL team anyway. I cant find anything online though, probably tricking me konwing them!
