First time that I can remember three canaries starting for a national team. Snodgrass scores the only goal, Rusty immense at the back. We must now be the Jocks favourite premiership team. Anyone watch RoI to see Wes?

Wes had a great performance, ran midfield and setup 2 goals.

Yep, two good performances in a row, hopefully Trap will keep him in the side now.

Totally agree it's like when Mackey and Holt played for Norwich, then they got a game for Scotland (theyn were injury ravaged) and the manager turned round and said.... oh I should have picked these before, but they played for Norwich so I didn't

It's a shame England are unlikely to learn this lesson any time soon. Maybe not our players, but there are plenty of players below the top 7 who could offer something to the national side, but just don't get a chance. Hopefully Ireland are now learning that Wessi should be a key player for them, and from all accounts Rusty has done his Scotland chances the world of good. Am I right in saying he played CB, not RB?

I can't think of another occasion when 3 Norwich players played the full 90 minutes for their national side. The performance was very Norwich like. Russell Martin was great at Centre Back and Whittaker played Left Back. Snodgrass did his usual great tracking back and defending to help out the defence as well as his great poacher's goal.

Didn't see Wes play for Ireland but sounds like he did okay.

Finally, I see RVW got his second cap for Holland coming on for RVP in their game a d did well by all a counts. A Norwich player coming on for RVP - how about that!

A very good night for Norwich City's internationalists.

Have just read the report on the BBC website and seen the clip on 'BBC Breakfast', but this has to be the 'icing on the cake' for me - "The Tartan Army would not recognise Russell Martin if he strolled down Sauchiehall Street. That changed last night as the Norwich City central defender defied the raft of call-offs to produce a commanding, dominant display.
Against all known odds, a Scots side without a win to their name contrived to take the lead in 26 minutes through another Carrow Road player, Snodgrass."
