Diego Castro is a left-winger from Getafe. Rated at 5m euros. He's 30 though, turns 31 on 1st July. Hmm...
 
Heard that Saints continue to push themselves forward to Barcelona regarding a loan move for Tello, but a lot of other clubs interested & not something that will be decided until late July or early August anyway.

It would be fantastic if we could get him on loan.
 
Would be sad to see punch go, he was quite useful at times. Good first season in PL. But if he is to depart surely this suggests the signing on an exciting, pacey, attcking, goal scoring, assist making winger?!
 
A friend of mine is a freelance journalist but mainly works for goal.com, most of the stuff he tells me isnt worth posting but he's told me both are happening twice now
 
I'd be sad to see Punch go, was excellent for us this year, although it does probably mean we are bringing in more players than I was expecting. With the new contract he is on he would probably fetch a few quid at the moment.
 
Further info on Billy is that his wife Jade doesnt want to relocate so he will not sign for Nottingham but only southern teams. Apparently he's been told there isnt a place for him in the squad and will be allowed to leave

Billy going to Reading makes me think it probably wasn't Adkins that wanted him shipped off in the first instance.

I certainly hope not (regarding Puncheon). If Gaston is to play CAM, that will leave us with only Lallana and Rodriguez on the wings. As well as De Ridder and Guly etc. We need, IMO, another winger as it stands, if Puncheon were to go we'd need 2.

I would take a Puncheon departure as a fairly sure fire indication that we have another (most probably better) wide-midfielder coming in. Fingers crossed for Lens for me.

I would take it as meaning two, it would leave us with Ramirez, Rodriguez, Lambert Lallana and Guly covering four attacking positions for a season by my counting.
