correct he wouldn't.

chelsea weren't the best before, nor were madrid. stop talking out your arse UIR.

Madrid are historically then best side in Spain. The biggest job in the land.

You could argue for Inter, AC and Juventus in Italy. Juventus obviously ****ed themselves over and AC have for many years been more about European football than Italian football.

Porto biggest in Portugal.

Cant imagine him in Germany ever, Bayern probably dislike him as much as Barcelona anyway <laugh>

If you think Jose will stay at Chelsea for years then its wishful thinking. Not saying he will go United ( depends on Moyes really ) but its a job hes made no secret of wanting and the job that would complete his mission.

Porto wasn't the biggest club in Portugal when jose arrved.

Benfica were and always have been Portugal's biggest club.

Granted Porto and Sporting make up the rest of that triage of big clubs in Portugal but its only fairly recently Porto have caught up.

Typical UIR BS.

Complete bollocks.

Apart from completing the grand slam of titles in England, Italy and Spain, as recently stated in his interview, what exactly is his mission? When did Jose ever say he wanted the United job?

Or are you mixing up fact with what you read about in the papers again?

You said best not biggest

Biggest/best.

Not much different in most cases really if we talk historically.

England - United
Spain - Madrid
Portugal - Porto
Germany - Bayern
Italy - the one up for argument. Juventus would be my choice followed by Inter and AC.

Their histories are very similar. Both have european success though porto have won the vastly superior Champions League and Benfica have done nothing of note in it.

Porto have the most silverware, Benfica the most league titles.

Not even worth the argument, its like trying to claim Celtic or rangers are bigger than the other.

Horseshit.

Do you know anything about football? <laugh>

Lol, not even Liverpool fans would say they are bigger than United.

Its also widely accepted that United are the biggest club on earth.

Porto/Benfica Rangers/Celtic......

Would you agree that Arsenal and Tottenham are both bigger clubs than Chelsea, based on your above list?

You said best/biggest HISTORICALLY.

Liverpool/United is debatable and I'd argue even Juve/Inter is now (despite Milan's dominance in Europe they've never been up to much domestically).

There is no debate with Benfica, they are Portugal's biggest club, period. As a Bayern in Germany and Madrid in Spain.

Porto were miles behind in terms of titles and silverware until JM took over.

Benfica were probably only just behind Real Madrid as the greatest club side in football in the 60s, until Inter took over later in that decade. They are historically a massive club with the biggest fanbase in Portugal as you'd expect from a capital based city. Oporto is far smaller by comparison.

Until Jose took over, Porto had only won one Uefa cup. Benfica Had two European cups.

Benfica were by far the biggest club in Portugal.

I thought everyone knew that. Even Porto fans know it. You'd have to be a bit of a pr!ck to not know that tbh.

I thought we were talking about before Jose arrived at Porto? You can't list trophies that were won by mourinho while he was in charge... <laugh>
