So Ferrari are in the clear. Has anybody figured out why the 2011 car was legal yet?
So Bird and Hamilton then?
Cant be Hamilton he was at a Blackberry event. Rosberg's BSing in my opinion.
Hamilton was at the event on the Monday, the testing took place later on in the week (unless i've missed out on some more info)
Fine + Mercedes thrown out of constructors, but drivers allowed to continue to race for WDC.
Can't see Mercedes being banned.
I don't see how this is actually Mercedes fault. Mercedes said Pirelli and the FIA cleared the 2013 car to be used in the test..... Unless they are lying.

We will have to wait and see. I have always thought over the years that there is one rule for Ferrari and one rule for everybody else though

This is why I was hoping they would clear up the reason the 2011 car is legal. The rule I know states the car must be 2 years old. does that mean 2013&2012 or 2011,2012 and 2013? Instead they didn't give an explanation at all... Typical FIA always stirring up fans![]()
