227 - 9 after 50 overs. Under most sets of circumstances, nowhere near enough. Need a superb bowling display.

Yes.. but Taylor and Guptil are now in, this stand needs to be broken otherwise 220 is never gonna be enough!

70 - 2. As you say Jonny, breakthrough needed real soon. How was the bowling machine?

Bloody good, can be cranked up to near as damn it 90mph, feckers put it close to 80mph and couldn't get near a ball!
Best thing about the machine is it hits the same line and length all the time, unlike my teams mates when they ball in the nets <doh> so you get a lot more out of a 10-15 min session..

121-3 Taylor just gone, thank phuck for that!
Still need to get them down to 150 odd for 5 if we want to be in with a chance of winning this game.

187-5, too little too late? 41 need and if Guptill stays in they'll win, he's the key wicket!

    We suck at ODIs...
Why isn't Alex Hales opening with Cook?
Why isn't Prior in the team?
Why aren't Broad and Finn in the team?
Why drop Bairstow for an out of form Morgan?
The selectors have been decent when it comes to the test team but they are over complicating the selection for the ODIs!

    Cook
    Hales
    Trott
    KP (when fit)
    Root
    Prior
    AN Other Allrounder here..
    Swann
    Broad
    Finn
    Anderson

    Not rocket science!

I think Broad and Finn may have been slightly injured.

Ahh, fair enough.. but when fit, they must play, Jade Durnbach is shocking! Woakes (sp?) as potential so maybe stick with him as the AN Other all-rounder, but he needs to work on his bowling.

Looks like Broad and Finn might be out for the last one as well, not that it makes a blind bit of twatting difference.
