Can't say I've seen or heard of this guy before but he can hardly be described as a "youngester" at 25 can he?! I gues if we get rid of Downing for a similar amount then it would be a decent enough transfer as no doubt he can't be any worse and probably on less wages . Sounds like he can play anywhere across front 3 so would add to our options with Suarez, Sturridge, Borini & Aspas playing in any of those roles and Coutinho & Sterling being able to play in the wider positions. Also, the whole thing about us "stealing" Swansea's targets. The Brendan/Swansea thing is getting a little dull now, he bought Joe Allen and that's it. He knew Borini and Studge from Chealsea lets not forget that. Toure has nothing to do with Swans neither does Coutinho, Aspas is a bit of a link if he was following him up from there, chances are Liverpool scouts were aware of him.
