Depends on the job spec. I said that I wasn't great at public speaking but had improved due to the numerous presentations that I did at Uni etc (Public speaking not important to the job that I was interviewing for). Also said that I am very methodical and accurate (for want of a better word) in terms of large data sets (an important aspect of the job requirements I was interviewing for), but that this level of accuracy could sometimes lead to me not being as quick as others, but, then add an example of where being highly accurate/organised etc. has = success in the past. That kind of thing.

your weakness should always be that you're a perfectionist or a workaholic.

    Ta .

Ref tyres , why I suggest sour grapes is the rules state that any team can undergo a 1000 km tyre test with the current car , as long as all teams are invited to do so .

The pirelli rep ( English bloke ) said. ALL. teams were invited to do so , but not all teams replied , let alone show an interest in taking part in any test......-

It looks like the tower is about to be eaten by space mites.

You have in the past had a tendency to fixate on detail. The necessity of working with strict deadlines at university/previous employer/your illegal gambling ring was a bit of a shock to the system for that reason, but it also forced you to learn to thrive under the pressure and prioritize tasks, or some other meaningless bullshit.

Or, you have a crippling addiction to heroin. Everyone likes a reclamation project!

I hate the strengths and weaknesses questions. They must have heard every version of the good answers. They come out like a lot of business speak and make me want to puke. My weakness...inclined to violence when asked stupid questions. My strength...my right hook.

I think Pomps is a person who is better underrehearsed rather than overrehearsed. Just be natural and be yourself or you'll worry yourself into a frazzle.

I actually told the truth once in an interview on the question, partially because it was a relatively short-term gig. Told the interviewer that I have a great memory for facts and figures, which tends to make it fairly easy for me to learn the ins and outs of a new job (and leaves me as the undisputed world champion of the 1980s version of Trivial Pursuit, under-30 age division), but that the downside is that I will occasionally forget things like my keycard, or shift start time, or pants. He liked the answer enough to give me a job on the spot, but it's a bit risk/reward.

Just thought I'd let you all know that I've hit the big time. Jack Cork walked past me today and almost looked at me.

After 8 years of dealing with depression, anxiety attacks and insomnia my mate has put it in the past and has now passed his counsellor degree. He plans on helping others with what he had, how great is that.

Tell them you find it difficult when work colleagues don't pull their weight and then explain that you try to get more from them.
