Just shows there are people even more stupid then the EDL, which is a very hard thing to be .

The Bundesliga has warned of a Europe-wide revolt against FIFA if the Qatar World Cup is stage in Winter.

I'm no expert, and I could be wrong...and I despise the fact it's going to Qatar in the first place, but surely an alternative would be to hold every single match at night as it would surely be cooler than 50C?

Shouldn't there be a Europe-wide revolt for the simple fact that it's in Qatar? We all suspect bribery, and we all know about the country's human rights abuses. Why are people getting so wound up about the time of year it could be held, but no one taking to the streets regarding the far more serious matter of corruption and slave labour?

WAIT WOAH WOAH HANG ON A SECOND!

There's no Game of Thrones episode this Sunday! :(

Exactly my thoughts. It'll still be warmish, but with careful timing, the beginnings of matches could start early enough for audiences, yet late enough for players. Of course, it won't happen because the media will demand that footballers play their matches when peak audiences are available, even if audiences wouldn't actually mind.

Just had a check, and Qatar time is 2 hours ahead of BST [If someone had asked me, off the cuff I might have said 3 hours] and so is easily practicable, with Qatar matches beginning at 9.30pm and hence TV starts in Britain and Europe at 7pm and 8pm respectively, with a half intro before the matches.

This doesn't take into account the relatively new worldwide audiences of the North America, and Far East Asia, along with the old established South America/Asia viewers. Then again, many years ago, they played the matches when it suited the local time and TV just had to put up with it. Can't honestly see that happening this time though. Evening matches seem a good compromise that suit the most, and most importantly, the football itself.

Does Emilia Clarke really fit that quote though? "One of the girls in the show who got her kit off the most in the first couple of seasons" - she had no nude scenes in the second season at all and it seems unlikely she now refuses to do nude scenes, given she was naked in the last episode.

I'd say it's more likely to be the girl who played Ros. She spent half the first two seasons naked but wasn't nude at all (that I remember) this year.

That's who I'd think, too. She was surely the most regularly nude castmember.

I daren't, comment sections on anything Game of Thrones related are always full of book spoilers.

No SPOLIERS but just a selection of Comments .

Well, at a certain age all fruits start to fall and should be kept in baskets...

Good for you. Whilst I appreciate a splendid set of 'forward thrusting bumper bearings' I much prefer a good story, that's what I turn the show on for!

"I want to be known for my acting not for my breasts"...that's fine and good luck to you.
Just get out your fuzzy fangina instead and all is good.

I must say, I feel I have been harshly dealt with on this thread, especially as I was agreeing with the actress.

Feminism gets you nowhere, I tell you.
