Sure you lot can sign a bunch of spl players as you have been doing and buy in guys who you will never be able to sell on...nevermind the salaries of mccoist and his backroom staff... but, really, where is the money coming from or how is it planned to recoup those costs ? If I was in your shoes that's what would be concerning me. Deja vu all over again.

Alexander (or Cammy Bell), Wallace, Templeton, Black, Jig, Shiels, Little.

Surely that's already enough of a core of 'SPL' players in our squad to see us through the 2nd ****ing division and build the youngsters around without throwing wages at the likes Daly/Miller who we'll never see a financial return off of.

Seems Timmy's more upset with Daly signing for Rangers than anyone on Follow Follow.

The Big Man was always a handful any time we played against United.

Personally a couldny gie a flying **** for any mans Nationality or Religion - as long as he does the business in that famous Blue jersey is all that matters to me.

In an ideal world I'd have preferred Johnny Russell and MacKay-Steven but we just don't have that kind of money.

You're maybe an exception Rocket.

Johnny Russell and MacKay-Steven

They're two players I'd love to see at Celtic ...

There's no depth there. A couple of injuries and we'd be toiling.

McCoist has to perform a balancing act and with no real money that aint easy.

And too many of the young boys will never be good enough with Lewis Macleod being the only real exception.

Guys like Perry and Hutton wid struggle to get a gemme for Shettleston Juniors.

Don't you have the second most expensive squad in Scotland?

You do realise you're playing in the lower divisions against part-time teams made up mostly of people playing the game as a hobby?

Basically what I'm saying is we'll be good enough to win the 2nd Division even with the likes of Perry and Hutton so why throw more money at players that'll be finished by the time we reach the SPL.

Why is rocket in a minority?

99% of Rangers fans couldn't give 2 ****s what religion or nationality a player is.

See my original point - I was meaning from FollowFollow ...

I'm guessing but from what I read on here about FF, it seems like it's mainly ****nuggets!

We are RANGERS.

We must strive to bring in the highest level of player our budget allows us to do.

Nicky Clark and Nicky Law still have their best days ahead of them and both would be excellent signings in my opinion.

Daly and Miller would also be excellent additions despite the fact we'll never be able to sell them on.

As I said earlier, it's about finding the right balance.

We did what we had to do by winning that league and taking our first steps back to where we belong.

It was never going to be pretty.

I disagree. I don't think we have the depth of squad at the moment and the less said about Perry and Hutton the better.

Law and Clark would make a huge difference along with Miller and Daly.

It wasn't the style of the football I was getting at. It's the poor signing policy that seems to still be in place at the club. I've no doubt that the likes of Miller and Daly will do a job for you but there must be plenty of young players out there who could do a job for you and have a sell on value when you get back to the SPL.

I know as rival fans you don't like to hear it, but look at Celtic. Okay, you may not be able to attract the likes of Ledley, Matthews et al. on free transfers but you should be able to scout enough young players around the world to improve your squad. If Celtic can put together a squad full of young players and win titles and make an impact in the CL then Rangers should be able to piss the 2nd and 1st divisions doing likewise.
